Yes, total autonomy for all artwork creations for commercial use or otherwise.

Upon the sale of each artwork piece, I, Steve Stachini will relinquish all and any rights regarding my Fan art (created during the period of 2015 - 2020). Individual artwork pieces from the blackstar Series, the Studio Album Plus Seris and the V27 Series.

WHAT IS THE OFFER?

Example:
1) You purchase the artwork "29 Wildlife" (for example).
2) I give you the file/s for the original artwork.
3) You now own this artwork piece and can use it however you choose. Make and sell your own products, prints, whatever you desire. You own it.
4) All existing products related to that artwork piece, will remain on sale by us and you will receive 15% royalties / commission for every item of clothing, footwear and canvas prints well sell.
5) You will continue to receive 15% income for life from the products related to the purchased artwork item, as sold by use!
6) I can only design new products with your express permission and negotiated commission.
7) I provide you with a unique code which will notify you every time we sell a product related to your artwork ownership.
8) You will also receive a monthly statement of related items sold and deposit your 15% to you each month.
9) You will receive a signed document detailing this agreement and confirming new ownership of artwork.
10) Enjoy your purchase, explore the possibilities, get the feel good factor of helping us to produce more Fan art related projects, and become the proud owner of some original creativity :-)

IMPORTANT: Please note that every product is "Made To Order" (we do not hold stock items) hence why we do not offer refunds (unless damaged in transit). Every single individual product comes with a stamped and signed Certificate of Authenticity (COA) posted separately.

Cancelations: We allow 48 hours grace period before processing your order, should you wish to cancel your order for any reason. Orders may not be canceled once we start processing.

Delivery: Most items (T-Shirts, Mugs, Canvas Prints, Dresses, Tops etc. are processed and shipped within 10-14 days. Shipping times vary depending upon your geographical location. You will be informed of your order status regularly.

Special Items: Such as Boots, Shoes, Signed John Rowlands Photo Prints generally take longer to produce and deliver (4-6 weeks in total).
